How much will it cost to deliver my order?
Order over $99 including free shipping
All orders will be delivered at the flat rate of $10.
Please not some bulky and heavy item may attract extra postage fees.
Is it safe to use my credit card here?
Yes! We utilize paypal as our payment method therefore you are covered with their state of the art encriptions and safety measures, we also use Shopify for all types of cards and they are secure and encrypted.
What credit cards do you accept?

What will my credit card statement show?
All Adult Deals endeavors to be as discrete as possible in every factor of your ordering process. We advise our merchant to use our Company name of Kaclam Pty Ltd but in some cases All Adult Deals may show depending on your choice of payment, but we make sure all efforts are made to be discrete at all times.
How will you deliver my order?
Your order will arrive in plain packaging, with no mention of All Adult Deals.
For your discretion the sender’s details will not be mentioned at any point on packaging.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver within Australia only.
What if I'm not home?
If there is no-one home Australia Post will leave you a card, you can then collect your parcel at the nearest Post office.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, to Australian P.O. Boxes.

So what if my Lingerie doesn't fit?
Please note that for health reasons, we are unable to offer refund or credit on lingerie items including body stockings, hosiery, thongs, g-strings and briefs. We are also unable to offer an online credit or refund on intimate apparel and/or costumes simply because you "changed your mind".
Please refer to the size guide in the product description and select your size carefully. Our intimate apparel and costumes are typically tight fitting, so if you are in doubt between two sizes, we suggest purchasing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
We cannot offer any credit on any sale, clearance or discounted item, unless the item is found to be faulty.
YOU are responsible for all return shipping costs when sending an item back to us for an credit. Please send by registered post and retain your proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for goods lost or misplaced in transit.
You must notify us within five 5 working days from the date of receiving your order to be eligible for an credit. All returns MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorisation number to be considered for credit, this is done via our website. Please see our Returns page for more information.
